Little Oak River Retreat

Getaway and relax at our stunning tiny home with private riverfront access (great fishing and river walking), electric barrel sauna, and more! Located only an hour north of the Twin Cities, enjoy the cozy queen size bed with tv and fireplace, kitchen, spacious bathroom, and loft with twin beds. Multiply your space by opening the garage door leading out to the (newly) screened in front porch.

As your hosts, we want to make your stay as perfect as possible. We will be available via the app to answer any questions or concerns during your stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

Our cabin is equipped with very fast internet (60 mbps) offering guests an easy way to work remotely if desired.

We allow dogs (not other pets) on the property; however we require that guests pay a $100 non-refundable pet fee before we finalize the booking. We expect that you will clean up after your dog and let us know of any incidences.

Outdoor seating on the covered front deck with string lights make way for the perfect evening. We spray for bugs on the property throughout the summer, so you can enjoy the outdoors long into the night. A propane grill is free to use. Enjoy using our electric barrel sauna year round (simple directions for use are located in the cabin).

We ask that guests provide their own firewood and kindling/fire starters for the campfire. Most gas stations are stocked with bundles of firewood to purchase on your way. You are welcome to find sticks around the property to use as well.

Private river access is available on the property with seating overlooking the river.Enjoy swimming or fishing in the river as well as the beautiful views it provides!

Plenty of parking space is available right next to the cabin. Due to the weather in MN, please be prepared for winter travel when coming to and from our cabin. We make sure the driveway to the cabin is plowed for you but cannot guarantee how the roads leading there will be. We are located off of a gravel road.

Please note: We do not have laundry facilities on site. If a washer/dryer is needed, there is a clean, well-kept laundromat 10 minutes away in Pine City, MN.
